Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

Your order will be sent to the address indicated during the purchase within 7 working days (mainland Spain), unless the order includes personalized products, in which case the time needed for product personalization will be added to the shipping time.

We ship worldwide; the shipping cost will be shown at the time of purchase, once the shipping details have been entered and always before payment is made.

Depending on the destination country, there may be customs fees that the buyer will have to pay upon receiving the goods.

In the event of unforeseen, exceptional or force majeure events that prevent delivery within the indicated timeframes, a new delivery date will be proposed without this implying any liability for LIVING OLIVA.

The order will be considered delivered when you or a third party designated by you signs the order receipt at the agreed address and, therefore, acquires ownership of the products that make it up.

2. Returns

LIVING OLIVA offers you the possibility of making any return within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order*. The refund will be made using the same method used for the purchase, as soon as the return is received by LIVING OLIVA.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, with all their tags and in their original packaging.

* No exchanges or returns will be accepted for personalized items.

This guarantee is in addition to the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation and does not affect the guarantees contained therein.

To request a return, please send an email to info@livingoliva.com , indicating your order number, buyer details, and the items you wish to return. We will reply with shipping instructions for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Right of withdrawal

As a user and buyer, you will have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide a reason within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order .
