What is the difference between a customisable cap and a Living Oliva design?
Customisable caps come in the colour you choose and we embroider your initials, logo or idea. Living Oliva designs come already embroidered with our own designs, ready to wear.
What is the minimum order?
There is none: we customise from 1 unit.
How long does delivery take?
We customise them in our studio from 48 hours. Orders to mainland Spain ship within 7 working days, plus customisation time for customised caps.
Can I return it?
Living Oliva designs can be returned within 15 days of delivery, in perfect condition and with their labels. Customised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
